How to become a stallholder

      

STAGE 1

  1. send an expression of interest form (EOI)
  2. an EOI confirmation letter will be sent by email or snail mail.

STAGE 2

A stallholder information pack will be sent out to successful EOI respondents

The information pack contains:

STAGE 3

  1. once all paperwork is completed and returned to the ASFM office, a site visit will be conducted to verify stallholder status
  2. all information is checked, recorded and filed
  3. if accepted, a stall booking is confirmed and an invoice sent to the new stallholder.

STAGE 4
On receipt of monies stallholders will be sent:

  1. a receipt
  2. ASFM Inc membership card
  3. stallholder parking permit
    (either for direct sales or for entry to the showground stallholder carpark area)
  4. site map showing stall site and parking map.
