Adam Bishop and fellow foodie Peter Sodomka first released their range of products under The Passionate Foodie brand in May 2008 at the Market. These hand-made and preservative-free products are created for people who are as passionate about food as Adam and Peter.
A chef by trade, Adam can be found in the Market’s Demo Kitchen on the first Sunday of every month, cooking up a storm with Market ingredients and The Passionate Foodie’s gourmet range.
Eighty per cent of ingredients used by Adam and Peter are from SA and include olive oil, flour, kaffir lime, rosemary and chilli, citrus from the Riverland and river mint salt from Penola.
In the cooler months The Passionate Foodie gourmet soups are available at the Market. Red wine jus is also available at this time, perfect for your next dinner party with friends and family.
