Simon Bryant is a man of many hats. He is a chef, writer, gardener, TV presenter, champion of South Australian produce and most importantly, patron of the Market’s Kids’ Club!
Simon loves to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for good food and is a keen organic gardener himself. He is a great ambassador and mentor to young Australians and strongly believes in the value of growing and eating fresh food and the rewards it brings in terms of health and wellbeing.
His recipes and ethos towards eating fresh, local foods has seen Simon win many awards, particularly whilst Executive Chef at the Adelaide Hilton International and the driving force behind the Brasserie restaurant.
