Regular demonstrations using Market produce are held in our Demo Kitchen. The Demo Kitchen is a great promoter of Market produce to create simple and delicious recipes that customers can easily do at home.
The Demo Kitchen is fully equipped and available for hire for special product and promotional demonstrations.
A small fee is charged. If you are interested in utilising this fantastic ASFM resource please contact the Market office on 8231 8155 to book your session. We will help to promote and publicise your activity in the kitchen, so the earlier you book the space the more time we have to tell your story.
