Sue Hundertmark makes biscuits just like Grandma used to make. In fact her own Grandma handed these Dutch recipes down which were popular in the 1950s. Now they are out of commercial circulation apart from Sue’s Chomp label.

These gourmet handmade biscuits are made with organic products where possible and have few artificial ingredients.

The Shortbread Cream range has over 9 different flavours with Organic Strawberry, Raspberry and Honey being some of the most popular. They consist of two light and crispy shortbread biscuits joined together with a delicious and smooth cream filling.

The Shortbread Fingers are made with South Australian flour, butter/margarine, free-range eggs and sugar. These mouth-watering biscuits come in many varieties and include almond, cashew, macadamia, sultana, chocolate, citrus, apricot and cinnamon. The sundried apricot Fingers are very popular with children and Mums use them as teething rusks and quick and easy, fun desserts. With low sugar and fat this range is diabetic friendly.

So too are the Savoury Stix. Each packet contains around 4 grams of fat and low sugar. These tasty treats are made with South Australian flour and sunflower oil, coated in locally grown herbs and spices and then oven baked. The Roast Garlic and Parmesan Stix are a big seller and children love the Tomato and Basil, and Pizza Stix.

Other flavours include Bush Tucker with cracked mountain pepper, bell pepper and celery; Tuscan with rosemary, oregano, parsley and onion; Herb and Garlic; Cheese and Onion; and Lemon Pepper.
