How To Become A Stallholder

STAGE 1

1. Send an Expression of Interest form (an EOI Form)
   
2. EOI confirmation letter will be sent by email or snail mail

STAGE 2
Stallholder Information Pack will be sent out to successful EOI respondents

Pack contains:

1. Membership form
2. ASFM Stallholder Rules Regs and Obligations
3. Site Licence Agreement
4. Food Business Notification Form
5. Insurance form
6. Site plan
7. Food Safety Brochure

STAGE 3

1. All information received is checked, recorded and filed
2. Stall booking confirmed and an invoice sent to stallholders

STAGE 4
On receipt of monies Stallholders will be sent:

1. Receipt
2. ASFM Inc Membership Card
3. Stallholder Parking Permit
   (either for direct sales or for entry to the showground stallholder carpark area.)
4. Site map showing stall site & parking map
